Customer Reviews
Evaporative Cooler works well
Got an Evaporative Cooler. Came on time. Easy to set up. Cools the room fine. No issues.
Good price, quick delivery
I bought a Single Zone Mini Split system from DellaHome. I was looking for a good deal and found their prices competitive. The free shipping for the unit was a big plus too. It arrived faster than I expected, which was great. Overall, I felt like I got good value for my money.
Smooth order, good quality unit
I purchased a Multi Zone Mini Split System for my home office and bedroom. The ordering process on the website was straightforward and easy to navigate. The system arrived in two separate deliveries over about a week, which was fine as I wasn't in a rush. The packaging was robust, and all components arrived undamaged. The installation kit I bought with it made the setup much smoother. The unit itself, once installed, works quietly and efficiently. I did have a minor question about the Wi-Fi Smart HVAC Controller setup, and their online chat support was helpful, guiding me through the steps. It's been a noticeable upgrade to my home's climate control.
Decent portable AC, slow support
I ordered a Portable Air Conditioner from Della. The unit itself works pretty well and cools my office space effectively. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me in Denver, which was okay. I had a question about the remote control settings and it took their customer service a couple of days to get back to me. Not a huge deal, but could be faster. Still, it was a solid purchase for the price.
